Dr Chuyang Liu is an accomplished executive in Australian Federal and State business promotion departments, an award-wining Commercial Counsellor, a principal business consultant and legal adviser, and a lecturer of international law. Dr Liu has over twenty years of leadership achievements in public policy communications and stakeholder engagement roles in governments, non-profit and professional services.

Dr Liu’s previous positions include trade Commissioner at the Australian Embassy in China, and the National Lead – State and Partnership Liaison at the Austrade.
