Dr Zareh Ghazarian is the Head of Politics and International Relations in School of Social Sciences at Monash University. Zareh holds a PhD in Political Science fromMonash University and is the co-editor ofGender Politics: Navigating PoliticalLeadership in Australia(with Katrina Lee-Koo) and co-author ofAustralian Politics forDummies(with Nick Economou). Zareh worked for the Parliament of Victoria prior tocommencing his PhD and has been a Chief Investigator on research projects forgovernmententitiesincluding the Australian Department of Prime Minister andCabinet. Zareh is anaward-winningeducator and was awarded the Australian PrimeMinister’s Centre Fellowship for 2015-16. He is a leading commentator on politicsand public policy andis regularly called upon by national and international media toprovide analysis. Zareh is a member of the Australian Political Studies Association.
