Asian Leadership Program is a groundbreaking initiative founded by the Asian Leadership Institute Australia (ALIA) in collaboration with Monash University.

This project aims to address the underrepresentation of Asian in Australian politics by delivering a non-partisan program that equips Asian-Australians with the necessary knowledge, skills, networks, and confidence to play a role in political leadership.

Through a combination of workshops, seminars, mentorship, and networking opportunities, participants gain valuable insights into effective leadership strategies, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving techniques.

Applications for the Program will open on Friday 23 February 2024 and close at midnight on Sunday 10 March 2024.
